Flexible Busbars
Featuring flexible busbars, these devices provide reliable protection for prismatic cell terminals. Constructed from nickel-plated copper with dimensions of 90×20×2 mm, they support a continuous 200A current with minimal heat generation.
JK PB2A16S20P BMS
Powered by the JK PB2A16S20P BMS, this system features a 4.3-inch touchscreen display. The BMS supports 200A continuous charge and discharge, delivers 2A active balancing current to extend battery life, and enables wireless monitoring via a Bluetooth app for real-time battery health status.
250A Circuit Breaker
Equipped with premium 250A circuit breakers, the system enables fast and reliable circuit interruption, enhancing safety and protecting critical components from overcurrent conditions.
Signal PCB
Battery cell voltage signals are acquired via a PCB, with wires connected sequentially according to the physical arrangement of the cells. The design is intuitive enough to allow even DIY enthusiasts with no prior electrical background to complete the assembly with ease.
Stainless Material
The enclosure is constructed from 1.5mm-thick stainless steel and is engineered to support stacking of up to five battery banks.
Inverter Compatible
The system is equipped with a JK BMS and is fully compatible with leading inverter brands on the market, including EG4, Deye, SRNE, Growatt, Goodwe, Schneider Electric, and LuxpowerTek, ensuring seamless integration into a wide range of energy storage setups.

BMS
The DIY box comes standard with the JK PB2A16S20P BMS. The mounting holes on the BMS panel are customizable, allowing compatibility with alternative BMS brands. Optional BMS upgrades include PACE, DALY, and JBD.
Battery Movement
The DIY battery box can be optionally equipped with wheels or used with a dedicated battery base for easy mobility.
Package
The DIY battery box is wrapped in high-hardness custom foam to prevent casing scratches during transit and to protect the BMS and display.
The outer packaging consists of a neutral cardboard box, which can be customized upon request.

Yes, that is possible.
1. The busbar dimensions will need to be adjusted.
2. The standard signal PCB cannot be used; instead, you will need to use the signal sensing wires that come with the BMS.
Yes, no problem.
Yes, theoretically it is possible. However, the busbars included in our standard configuration are designed for prismatic cells with a single M6 terminal.
